  • Deficiency-Free Survey, 2013

  • Our community received a deficiency-free survey from the Department of Health. State regulations require each facility to be thoroughly surveyed and evaluated on areas such as safety, resident rights, food service and administration - we excelled in meeting all of these requirements. Each state conducts these onsite inspections that determine whether its assisted living communities meet the minimum quality and performance standards. The State conducts inspections of each community about once a year. The inspection team consists of trained inspectors.
